Advantages:

Хорошее расположение. Быстрое заселение.

Disadvantages:

В квартире несмотря на сетки на окнах было очень много комаров.

Вы просто курили в окно которое без сетки и забыли закрыть его на ночь, поэтому комары к утру и налетели. Зайдя в квартиру я увидела на балконе для курения открытое окно!
