Advantages:

Хорошее расположение. Хозяин квартиры - решал все вопросы оперативно.

Disadvantages:

Уборщица подкачала. Плохо убралась перед нашим приездом. Но хозяин квартиры извинился и предоставил денежную компенсацию. Так что все ок. Единственное дверь в туалет было бы здорово починить и не сушить бельё на балконе. Как-то не уютно от этого.
