Advantages:

Нормальное расположение, отзывчивость администратора

Disadvantages:

К сожалению именно эту квартиру не удалось снять, проблема была с котлом, по словам хозяйки, плохо что сообщили об этом за день до заселения, но хорошо то что предложили замену без доплаты, другая квартира была больше, но ремонт там был значительно ниже качеством
