Advantages:

Хорошая уютная квартира в очень удобном месте, рядом есть всё, что нужно для счастья. Даже круглосуточный магазин во дворе. В квартире все есть. Соседи не беспокоили, мы их вообще не видели, это порадовало.

Disadvantages:

Не понравилось то, что не предупредили, что нет горячей воды и что телевизор не смарт (хотели кино посмотреть). В туалете отломана сидушка. Белье постельное синтетическое. Все остальное было супер.
