В домике большая двух ярусная кровать с удобными матрасами, раскладной диван. Холодильник, телевизор, обогреватель, кондиционер, электрический чайник и столовая посуда, постельное бельё и полотенца.
Общая площадь домика 18 кв. м.
Туалет и душ с горячей водой (у каждого свой в шаговой доступности).
У каждого домика своё внешнее пространство.
Техническая вода (холодная и горячая).
Летняя кухня (общая), с большой мангальной зоной, место для разделки рыбы.
Подходы к воде. (общие к причалу, пляжу, месту рыбной ловли).
